In keeping with the old world charm of this lovely stone built Victorian home, Whyteside House is suffused with original features, which hark back to an era of tranquillity, good manners, and excellent service. From the oak panelled staircase to the grand proportions of the rooms, these classic features only add to your first class accommodation experience.

The décor throughout, though contemporary and replete with every modern convenience, is in tune with the welcoming atmosphere of the property and its owners.

Recently having been fully refurbished, all the accommodation is en-suite, and comprises of four rooms. Included in each room you will find all the usual comforts, from a flat screen TV with over fifty channels, traditional window shutters, thermostatic radiators, an alarm clock, complimentary toiletries, and a selection of hot beverages to help you feel right at home just as soon as you arrive.

The tariff for accommodation at Whyteside House changes according to season: For example, high season tariff is from £35-£40 per night. The tariff for the double rooms ranges from £35 to £40 per adult per night. All accommodation includes a delicious cooked breakfast, to set you up for a day of exploration and discovery of the stunning Northumbrian and Borders region.
